INVISALIGN VS BRACES! 🦷

You might be wondering what the difference is between Invisalign & braces. We are here to tell you!

There are some foods that you need to avoid when having braces. Such as apples, gum, hard lollies, pretty much anything chewy or that requires you to bite with your front teeth first!

Invisalign is removable, therefor you are free to eat whatever you like! Bring on movie nights & popcorn!

Braces are stuck to your teeth throughout the whole process. Which means you have to be an expert at keeping your teeth clean. Otherwise you could risk developing holes underneath your braces…delaying the end result!

With Invisalign brushing & flossing your teeth is as simple as can be! Remove your trays & clean your teeth how you normally would!

For Invisalign to work you must wear your trays for 22 hours a day! For those who can’t commit to the process, braces might be the best option for you!
